The treatments are so relaxing in a way that I hadn’t expected. Pamela talks you through what each treatment is doing. Even though they were all in the same week, they weren’t all doing the same thing. Some of them were preparing me for the birth, and then some of them were really revving it up to go into labor. And I just felt very relaxed and ready. I left really mentally ready to give birth.
