After seeing Pamela, my leg was not as painful and had better movement.  Also, I just had a better overall feeling of wellbeing. I attribute that not just to her good understanding of her technique, but to her clear consciousness as to what she is trying to accomplish, hearing and seeing what needs to be done and then being willing to continue to focus on a positive end result.
